Silvia holds a higher diploma in accounting/linguistics, with a specialisation in German. She started her professional career at a leading company in Lugano in 2004, as an accounting clerk.
She later went on to work both in Italy and Switzerland in major companies active in various production sectors, adding management and communication support roles to her accounting duties.
