Patric Alain Pellegatta

After graduating in Law from the University of Zurich, he obtained a Master's degree in Comparative Law from New York University (NYU) and subsequently a Postgraduate Certificate in Trust Law from the University of Genoa and is a STEP member. He started his career as a lawyer at the law firm Bäer & Karrer in the Zurich and Lugano offices. Since 2005 he has been manager partner of the law firm I&P Law Office SA and since 2008 he has owned his own notary's office. He is a business lawyer, legal advisor, asset manager and administrator for private individuals, investment funds, small and medium-sized companies, trusts, charitable foundations and operating companies in various sectors. He has more than 20 years of experience in direct support of business and asset management, legal and compliance advice, M&A activities, accounting, tax and economic aspects. As a notary public he has handled complex transactions in Switzerland in the areas of corporate law, financing, business and succession planning and corporate governance.
